It’s Spring cocktail time!
This is my go-to sunny evening sip for this time of year when we have citrus in abundance. It’s refreshing and beautiful after a long hot day in the garden. Feel free to swap out the tangelo for your citrus of choice, but this is most definitely my favourite. Get amongst it and mix your tangelo spritzer tonight!
Ingredients to mix a Tangelo Spritzer Cocktail
- Tall glass with ice
- 2 shots fresh squeezed tangelo juice
- 2 shot Rosé
- 1 shot Malfy Rosa Gin
- Top up with soda water
